Today I checked into the hospital for my second set of chemo. I anticipate being here for one night. I should go home tomorrow. If no other surprises come up.
So we have been here since about 8am. First, we went to lab to get some blood work done. They do this to make sure everything is okay with his white and red blood cell… among other things. Then we saw the doctor and got instruction on checking in for overnight chemo. Once we got in the room Aren pretty much went to sleep and has been sleeping for the better part of the day. Only waking up when he is poked, asked to take some meds and of course when they bring him food.

ReplyDeleteHe is doing well. Stayed the night at the hospital to do chemo. Hopefully he will be done with chemo and head home in soon.
